We open for the season April 8th with our new exhibit: Hapless Children

A not-for-the-squeamish romp through Edward's depiction of childhood as rendered throughout books like The Doubtful Guest, The Hapless Child, The Beastly Baby, and The Gashlycrumb Tinies. Spoiler Alert: Children generally don't fare well in Edward's works, and Hapless Children looks at some of these key books and what they might tell us about Edward's own childhood.
